Medical insurance system operator ensures the provision of medical care to the population.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and adapt open-source LLMs for internal tasks
•Fine-tune and evaluate language models
•Build RAG services, AI assistants, and intelligent search
•Design prompts, response-quality tools, and safeguards
•Integrate AI services via API
Requirements:
•3+ years developing AI/LLM solutions
•Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Transformers, and Hugging Face
•Hands-on LLM fine-tuning with LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT, or SFT
•RAG experience with embeddings, vector databases, reranking, and retrieval evaluation
•Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
•Experience with APIs, Docker, Git, Linux, and GPU infrastructure
•Understanding of hallucinations, context limits, security, and quality control
