About the project
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer/ML who will join a team developing solutions for a client from the life science/healthcare industry.
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer/AI Engineer who not only has broad knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science, but above all is able to design and deliver comprehensive, production-grade AI solutions — from concept and experimentation, through architecture and implementation, to deployment, monitoring and further development.
An important area of the project is the development of Agentic AI — systems using autonomous agents, tool calling, RAG, memory, workflow orchestration, and integration of LLM models with existing systems and data sources.
Your tasks
•Building and interpreting econometric models (including OLS, log-log models, generalized linear models)
•Designing, developing and implementing solutions based on Machine Learning, Generative AI and LLM
•Designing and developing solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models
•Building and developing production AI systems – from prototype to deployment and maintenance
•Designing architecture and implementing agent-based systems (AI Agents)
•Creating solutions using, among others, RAG, tool calling, workflow orchestration and agent memory
•Making decisions regarding the choice of models, frameworks, architecture and deployment strategy
•Integrating LLM models with existing systems, APIs and data sources
Who we are looking for
•Minimum 8-10 years of commercial experience in Machine Learning, Data Science
•Very good knowledge of Python and libraries used in machine learning
•Practical knowledge of libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
•Creating solutions using, among others, RAG, tool calling, workflow orchestration and agent memory
•Practical experience in creating agent-based systems and agentic workflows
•Knowledge of Docker, Git and CI/CD, and understanding of the software delivery process to production
•Ability to work with relational databases and SQL
•Fluent communication in English, minimum B2 level
•Ability to work effectively in project teams and clearly present technical solutions
