What You'll Do
•Design and implement omnichannel customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Mobile
•Develop personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder
•Build scalable marketing solutions using Marketing Cloud Next and AI-powered automation
•Configure Agentforce for Marketing to automate campaign execution and customer engagement
•Leverage Einstein AI for content generation, personalization, send-time optimization, and next-best-action recommendations
•Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs
•Develop reusable components, dynamic content, and personalized communications
•Support real-time customer engagement using event-driven marketing and Data Cloud activation
•Collaborate with business, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver intelligent customer experiences
Skills We're Looking For
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement)
•Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder
•Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS
•Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration
•Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus
•Interest in AI-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable
