Strate is looking for a Senior Go Developer to join an international project in an outstaffing format.

🌍 Remote, full-time

📍 Location: worldwide, excluding Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine

💻 Mac is required

🗣 English: conversational

Requirements:

•5+ years of commercial backend development experience

•Strong Golang expertise and experience with high-load systems

•Strong knowledge of SQL, Redis, and microservice architecture

•Experience with gRPC and message brokers

•Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS or similar cloud platforms

•Solid understanding of observability: metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing

•Experience with unit and integration testing

Nice to have:

Kafka / NATS / RabbitMQ, Terraform / Pulumi, Go profiling.
