What you will do
•Architect, build, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications, real-time analytics dashboards, and reporting pipelines.
•Develop scalable Go microservices, concurrent applications, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven backend services.
•Design and optimize relational and analytical data stores, including advanced SQL queries, materialized views, aggregation logic, and indexing strategies.
•Build reporting engines using analytical data stores such as ClickHouse and support high-throughput data ingestion.
•Design modular micro-frontend architectures with Vue.js and independently deployable UI components.
•Drive technical planning, architecture, query optimization, code reviews, and scalability improvements across the platform.
Requirements
•6+ years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
•Strong hands-on experience with Go, microservices, concurrent applications, REST/gRPC APIs, SQL, data modeling, indexing, and database performance profiling.
•Experience with Vue.js, Vue 3, Composition API, JavaScript/TypeScript, and micro-frontend architectures.
•Experience building SaaS products, distributed web platforms, or complex microservices-based systems.
•Proficiency with Linux/Unix, Git, and CI/CD automation, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
•Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work 3 days per week from the Minsk office.
Nice to have
•Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar and analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
•PHP experience for legacy service integration or migration.
•Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, WebSockets, Kafka, NATS, or related real-time communication technologies.
