What you will do
•Develop new features and customize mobile applications for client needs.
•Design and build applications for Android, iOS, and Flutter platforms.
•Refactor code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
•Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards and best practices.
•Collaborate with design, business analytics, product, and business teams to define market-fit solutions.
•Coach team members, assess technical expertise during interviews, and contribute to Agile delivery.
Requirements
•At least 5 years of mobile software development experience with Android, iOS, or Flutter.
•Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, web technologies, UI/UX standards, and state management.
•Proficiency with Git and other code versioning tools.
•Experience with cloud messaging APIs and push notifications.
•Knowledge of object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming.
•Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural team.
Nice to have
•Experience with related products and systems such as Twake, Tmail, Calendar, user management, or payment processing.
•Participation in open source projects and specialized conferences.
