Krisp

Senior Director, SDK Business Development – India

In short

Krisp, an AI voice/noise-cancellation and meeting productivity company, is hiring a Senior Director to lead SDK business development across India, owning strategic partnerships in Voice AI, CCaaS/CPaaS, telecom, BFSI, and gaming. The role requires 10+ years of business development/partnerships experience in the Indian tech market, an existing network with telecom operators and enterprise buyers, and the ability to lead complex deals from technical validation through commercial agreements. It demands strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams, plus comfort navigating enterprise procurement and compliance in regulated industries.

About the Role
As a Senior Director of SDK Business Development — India at Krisp, you will lead our SDK business across one of our fastest-growing markets. You'll own relationships with some of India's leading consumer internet and enterprise companies, and build new strategic partnerships across the Voice AI, CCaaS/CPaaS, telecom, BFSI, and gaming ecosystems. Your mission is to grow existing strategic accounts, turn strong regional demand into long-term commercial partnerships, and establish Krisp as the voice AI technology partner of choice in India.
This is a geography-led role. You'll cover a broad range of platforms and companies that have the capability to integrate Krisp's SDKs and APIs, and you won't be starting from zero. Krisp already works with marquee customers in India and sees significant inbound interest from the region. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to take opportunities from first conversation through technical validation, proof of concept (POC), and long-term commercial agreements, while building the reference cases that will drive Krisp's growth across the region.
What you'll do
•Own and grow Krisp's existing strategic SDK customer relationships in India by expanding into new products, use cases, and business units.
•Develop reference customers and success stories that accelerate adoption across the Indian market.
•Build and execute Krisp's end-to-end SDK partnership pipeline across India's Voice AI, CCaaS/CPaaS, telecom, and gaming ecosystems.
•Lead enterprise relationships in highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), navigating security, compliance, and data-residency requirements.
•Convert strong regional inbound demand into qualified opportunities, and proactively source new strategic partnerships.
•Lead complex deals from initial engagement through technical validation, POC, commercial negotiation, and long-term agreement execution.
•Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and partners across India's technology ecosystem.
•Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to shape regional strategy, relay market feedback, and ensure successful integrations and launches.
•Represent Krisp at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings as a trusted ambassador in the Indian market.
•Build, manage, and accurately forecast a healthy pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward ambitious growth targets.
What we are looking for
•10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances in the Indian technology market.
•Experience spanning at least two of the following: Voice AI, CPaaS/CCaaS/UCaaS, telecommunications, or BFSI/enterprise software.
•Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships, OEM, white-label, or licensing agreements with telecom operators, communications platforms, enterprise software vendors, or technology providers.
•Experience managing and expanding large strategic accounts, not only sourcing net-new business.
•Strong understanding of voice infrastructure, telecom ecosystems, APIs, SDKs, and embedded software solutions.
•Existing network and established relationships across Indian telecom operators, communications platforms, consumer internet companies, or enterprise technology buyers.
•Excellent communicator with the ability to influence both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers in complex enterprise organizations.
•Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security and compliance reviews, interoperability requirements, and long sales cycles.
•Comfortable managing multiple high-value strategic opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly self-driven, with a proven ability to build new partnership channels from the ground up.
•Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to bring enterprise-grade integrations and commercial partnerships to market.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
