About the Role
You will create high-quality digital work across websites, campaigns, and brand systems. You will lead website design from exploration through delivery, build scalable Figma systems, design responsive experiences, translate strategy into creative solutions, and direct external creative partners.
Requirements
•7+ years of professional design experience
•Strong portfolio demonstrating high-craft digital work and business or audience impact
•Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Framer
•Experience building scalable design systems and component libraries
•Experience creating responsive interactive web experiences
•Working knowledge of AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and production
•Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external creative partners
