Your Tasks
•You advise retail customers via digital channels on account, service and digitalization topics.
•You handle digital advisory and sales of personal loans as well as pension/provision products.
•You confidently manage appointment scheduling and goal-oriented advisory conversations aimed at closing deals.
•You present yourself competently, friendly and customer-oriented.
•You strengthen the team, share knowledge and support colleagues.
Your Skills and Experience
•You have a banking vocational training (bankkaufmännische Ausbildung) or comparable qualification.
•You bring experience in digital retail customer advisory – particularly in lending and pension/provision business.
•You are confident with digital media and the omnichannel-capable workplace.
•You determine needs in a structured way (e.g. via the FinanzCheck) and direct customers purposefully to the suitable solutions or contact persons.
•You hold an IDD certification and bring the required regulatory assurance.
•You have strong communication and sales skills as well as a high degree of team orientation.
•You use AI-supported applications purposefully to identify customer needs more efficiently, optimize workflows and continuously improve advisory quality. In doing so, you act responsibly, critically assess AI results and ensure secure handling of data.
