It requires 5+ years of data engineering or production support experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and practical knowledge of lakehouse/Medallion architecture, incident management, and runbook-driven operations. The job is hybrid, based in Bangalore, India, and involves coordination across global (India/US) teams and time zones.

Position Summary
The Senior Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the HR2030 Medallion lakehouse, helping ensure reliable data ingestion, processing, and availability across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers. This hands-on role will monitor scheduled pipelines, investigate failures and data-quality issues, execute approved recovery and maintenance activities, and coordinate timely resolution with engineering, platform, source-system, and data-product teams.
