Andersen is hiring an SAP HCM Consultant in the EU to implement and support enterprise SAP solutions for large-scale digital transformation projects. Tasks
•Configuring payroll schemes and HR structures.
•Maintaining PA/OM organizational and employee data.
•Managing time management processes (PT).
•Ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
•Troubleshooting payroll and HR issues.
•Conducting HR workshops and requirement gathering.
•Supporting system enhancements and updates.
Requirements
•Experience in SAP HCM with a strong HR background for 5+ years.
•Experience with PA, OM, PT, PY (country-specific, e.g. PY-DE).
•Strong expertise in Payroll schemas and PCR rules.
•Knowledge of legal reporting and compliance requirements.
•Integration with FI and SuccessFactors.
•Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
•Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
