Main Responsibilities
•Assist & timely prepare relevant documents required in drug inspection, import and export documents preparation.
•Responsible for batch records.
•Customs clearance documents archiving.
•Communicate with broker, forwarder, etc.
•Other assignment from direct/indirect boss.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or above, open to all majors.
•Attend at least 3 working days per week, with an internship duration of more than 3 months.
•Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
•Proficient in Office software and data analysis tools.
•Detail-oriented, responsible, with good organizational and communication skills.
•Strong willingness to learn.
