Sample Handler

In short

This role handles products and samples, manages data entry and documentation, and coordinates with labs, suppliers and customers. It's an onsite position (Olympic location) for a company handling lab/sample logistics. Requires an associate degree or equivalent, basic Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

•Product and Sample handling

•Data Management, System and document data entry

•Communicate (writing and verbal) and job follow up with labs, suppliers and customer

•Parcel Delivery

•Other duties as assigned

•Job assigned by client and manager

•Onsite work (location: Olympic)

Requirements

•Associate degree or equivalent

•Will also consider candidate with lab or relevant working experience but below associate degree

•Logical and number sensitive

•Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills

•Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese

•Advantage with sourcing and supply chain background
