# We're hiring: Sales & Student Success Specialist — Russian & English
Pontea is an online school helping students prepare for architecture entrance exams at Italian universities.
We're looking for a proactive, enthusiastic sales professional to guide students from their first enquiry through enrolment and their learning journey.
What you'll do:
•Manage leads, run consultations and turn enquiries into enrolments.
•Explain our courses and help students navigate admissions-related questions.
•Coordinate payments, enrolment and onboarding.
•Support students throughout their studies, working with teachers and mentors.
•Test and improve outreach, follow-ups and sales strategies.
What we're looking for:
•Excellent spoken and written Russian and English.
•Sales experience and confidence in closing sales through helpful, thoughtful conversations.
•Strong organisation, initiative and genuine care for students.
•An interest in education; familiarity with architecture or studying in Italy is a plus.
