About the Role
You will manage customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will conduct business reviews, deliver tailored training and product walkthroughs, monitor engagement and churn risk, identify growth opportunities, and maintain account records in HubSpot. You will also help clients understand blockchain analytics, compliance workflows, and platform best practices.
Requirements
•English language proficiency
•3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within fintech, SaaS, or compliance technology
•Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptocurrency markets, or financial crime compliance including AML/KYC
•Communication and presentation skills
•Portfolio management
•Remote-first work experience
Responsibilities

•Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales Executives
•Monitor client engagement metrics and address churn risk
•Help clients understand blockchain analytics, compliance workflows, and platform best practices
•Support clients in European markets
•Maintain client interaction records, health scores, and account plans in HubSpot
