Задачи:
•Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and tailored cleaning solutions.
•Execute sales activities in line with agreed sales objectives, KPIs, and the company's sales strategy.
•Build strong relationships with distributors and customers, collaborating on promotional activities, product introductions, and customer-specific solutions.
•Deliver basic product training and provide ongoing product support to distributors and customers.
•Maintain accurate account, activity, pipeline, forecast, and budget planning data in C4C (SAP Sales Cloud).
•Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and market developments.
•Collaborate closely with Customer Service (CIC), Logistics, and Marketing to ensure excellent customer support and service levels.
Требования:
•Secondary school qualification or higher, with further education considered an advantage.
•2–3 years of hands-on B2B field sales experience.
•Excellent command of Slovak or Czech (C2) and a good command of English (B2/C1).
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•A proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized way of working.
•A natural ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and key contacts.
