Responsibilities
•Advise: You act as a strategic sparring partner for managers and employees on all relevant HR and employment law matters.
•Take responsibility: You independently provide comprehensive support to your assigned areas in Germany throughout the employee lifecycle.
•Shape: You support organizational and change processes and independently drive relevant HR topics and projects forward.
•Collaborate: You foster a trusting and constructive working relationship with our works councils.
•Ensure: You ensure the professional and legally compliant implementation of our HR processes and standards.
Requirements
•You bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or in a comparable HR role.
•With sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law, you also have experience working with works councils.
•You confidently advise managers and senior stakeholders.
•You have experience supporting organizational, change and transformation processes.
•Strong initiative, decisiveness and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work set you apart.
•You have very good written and spoken German and English language skills (at least C1 level).
