Carré Russe, a premium accessories online store, and its founder and inspiration Stéphanie Sénéchal are looking for an assistant/sales manager.
Responsibilities
•Communicate with customers
•Handle documentation for a small sole-proprietor business (IP)
•Represent the brand at fashion events
•Represent the brand at markets and fairs, actively sell
•Work with partner platforms: update stock, respond promptly to their requests
•Pick, pack and ship online orders
•Take part in organizing brand events
Requirements
•No prior experience needed
•You are smiling, friendly and not afraid of challenges
•You speak a foreign language at a confident B2 level (English or French)
•You have an excellent command of Russian and know the rules of business correspondence
•You are a fast learner
•You are proficient in MS Office and easily master any tool you need
•You know how to win people over
•You are extremely responsible, punctual and able to work independently
•You dislike routine
Conditions
•Part-time position (3/4), full-day work
•Starting salary 40,000 ₽, rising to 50,000 ₽ after two months, and up to 60,000 ₽ within your first six months (subject to successful performance)
•A bonus system — the higher your sales, the higher your bonus
•You will work in tandem with Stéphanie, a French national, and have the opportunity to learn from her experience and knowledge in all areas of life
•Daily communication in Russian / written correspondence in English or French
•Part-time schedule: 3 days in the showroom from 11:00 to 19:00, 1 day working remotely from 11:00 to 19:00, and you must remain reachable throughout the week for urgent matters from customers and partners
