Responsibilities
•Run several tests each month across products
•Draw conclusions from data and decide what to stop and what to scale
•Set up a strategy
•Find the audience and narrative first, then shape products around them
Requirements
•Experience with B2C subscription products, mental health, wellness, digital health, or edtech
•Experience launching a product or business from scratch and owning its financial or equity outcome
Conditions
•Part-time or full-time work
•No quick wins are expected; the company anticipates pivots, tests, and dead ends
