As an intern on the Regulatory team, you will have the opportunity to learn how maintenance of product dossier compliance works, the authorizations needed for commercialization in other countries, and understand how requests to regulatory bodies work.

Activities you will follow with your team
•You will learn to check the internal technical documentation needed for product manufacturing, to ensure compliance with what has been approved by the authorities, such as variation forms to manufacturing instructions
•You will support the finalization of documentation needed for registration renewals in non-EU countries: declarations, requests for Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), requests for GMP and ML Certificates
•You will collaborate on managing CEP certificates for raw materials, performing checks on the EMA site against current versions, requesting updated CEP certificates from suppliers, and finalizing variations for CEP updates
•Maintaining material compliance with guidelines for residual solvents
Who we are looking for
•Degree in Pharmacy, CTF (Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology), or similar
•Master's in Regulatory Affairs for the Pharmaceutical Industry or related field
•Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)
•Teamworking and precision
•Own means of transport (the production site is only reachable by own vehicle)
