Responsibilities
•Execute complex, loosely defined tier 2 recruiting operations across EMEA
•Automate operational processes, document them, and hand them off to the coordination team for ongoing maintenance
•Work on larger AI implementation projects in partnership with analytics and AI colleagues
•Own day-to-day recruiting operations across EMEA
Requirements
•4+ years in recruiting operations, people operations, or a similar operational role at a fast-growing company
•A track record of making messy, undefined processes clear, repeatable, and reliable
•Hands-on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools, and the ability to hand off work for others to maintain
•Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets
•Strong cross-functional skills, including partnering with analytics and AI teams and explaining trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
•Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action

•Experience with an ATS such as Ashby
