Responsibilities
•Assess product behaviour independently, investigate defects, and test beyond predefined scripts
•Test web applications built with React, Next.js, and REST APIs, including backend services and databases such as PostgreSQL
•Perform cross-browser testing on desktop and mobile browsers, including responsive interfaces and real-time audio functionality
•Use AI tools in QA workflows and evaluate AI/LLM-based features for response consistency, hallucinations, edge cases, unusual inputs, and nondeterministic outputs
Requirements
•At least 3 years of manual and exploratory software QA experience
•Fluent spoken and written English
•A quiet environment suitable for live voice calls and testing browser-based voice AI functionality
•Daily use of AI tools in QA work
•Cross-browser testing experience on desktop and mobile browsers
•Independent judgement about product behaviour, beyond following scripts
Nice to have
•Experience testing real-time voice/video features such as WebRTC, voice assistants, and calling apps
•Testing LLM-based features, including consistency, hallucinations, unusual inputs, and evaluation sets
•Playwright or Cypress
•API testing with Postman or similar
•Web-based SaaS products, ideally B2B platforms in sales or recruitment
•Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, Google Cloud Run, Docker, Jira, GitHub, and Slack
