Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Software QA, including test automation.

•Proven experience in a QA Lead or QA Manager role.

•Experience managing, mentoring, and developing QA engineers.

•Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar).

•Understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and software development processes.

•Hands-on experience using AI tools in QA workflows.

•Good spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

•Experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, or cryptocurrency.

•Experience introducing AI tools to improve test automation, coverage, and QA efficiency.
