Description
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong banking domain knowledge and hands-on experience in machine learning / AI solutions.
Responsibilities
•Design, build, and maintain backend services and tools using Python
•Develop data pipelines for ML/AI models, including feature engineering & preprocessing
•Collaborate with data scientists on deploying ML/AI models into production
•Integrate with banking systems, payment platforms, and financial messaging
•Build secure, high-performance APIs and microservices
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security, and data governance standards
•Optimize existing services for scalability and performance
•Write clean, testable, well-documented code
•Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and troubleshooting
Requirements
•Strong Python proficiency (Flask, FastAPI, Django or similar)
•Solid experience in banking or financial services (payments, transaction flows, AML/FCP use cases, or similar)
•Understanding of Swift MT/MX, SEPA, ISO20022, or financial messaging frameworks
•Experience with ML/AI pipelines, model serving, and MLOps concepts
•Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
•Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
•Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and test automation
Nice to have
•Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Experience with data governance, model risk management, or AI compliance
•Background in event-driven architectures or streaming platforms
