Задачи
•Collaborate with Founders and the Core Team to maintain a high quality bar in a fast-paced, iterative environment
•Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
•Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
•Craft maintainable code that follows internal style standards and best practices for a high-scale web environment
•Maintain and advocate for development standards through code reviews
•Identify technical debt, propose solutions, and implement them
•Represent Collectly and its values in public communication about specific projects
•Ship small and midsized features and improvements with minimal guidance
•Collaborate with the team on larger projects
Требования
•Significant professional experience with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery
•Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
•Understanding of race conditions and concurrent code
•Proficiency in English, written and verbal, for a remote and largely asynchronous work environment
•Ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
•Experience diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization problems, including SQL-related issues
•Comfort working in a highly agile and intensely iterative software development process
•Ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term
•Positive and solution-oriented mindset
•Effective communication skills, including achieving consensus with peers and providing clear status updates
•Inclination toward communication, inclusion, and visibility
•Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution
•Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills
•Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization
