Responsibilities
•Extend existing Python APIs and implement new platform features
•Improve backend and API services, including RBAC and multi-tenancy capabilities
•Support integrations with infrastructure services
•Contribute to code quality, maintainability, documentation, and delivery standards
Requirements
•Strong commercial experience in Python backend development
•Experience building REST APIs and backend services
•Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems
•Experience with authentication, authorization, and RBAC concepts
•Practical knowledge of Git, code review, CI/CD, and automated testing
•Ability to work with existing codebases and improve them incrementally
•Good communication skills and ability to work with technical stakeholders
•Senior mindset, ownership, and ability to understand technical and business context
Nice to have
•Experience with infrastructure, cloud, hosting, data center, or platform engineering projects
•Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized services
•Source-of-truth tools such as Nautobot or NetBox
•Multi-tenant platforms or self-service portals
•Infrastructure automation, server provisioning, or lifecycle management
•Basic frontend awareness, especially React
