Задачи:
•Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python 3.11 and Django / DRF
•Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions
•Build reliable and performant systems with MySQL and Redis
•Build and improve RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
•Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
•Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver features and automate back-office processes and workflows
•Investigate and resolve production issues, identify bottlenecks, and help reduce technical debt
•Follow best practices in Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality
•Contribute to improvements in architecture, development processes, and internal tooling
Требования:
•At least 3 years of experience in backend development
•Strong Python skills and good knowledge of Django or similar frameworks
•Good understanding of relational databases, caching, and backend systems
•Experience with REST APIs and service development
•Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
•Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and modern development workflows
•Good communication and problem-solving skills
•English at B2 level or higher and fluent Russian

•Experience in fintech, regulated industries, or internal B2B tools
•Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
•Contributions to open source or personal side projects
