Location: Augsburg, Germany
Main Tasks
You work in a demanding technical environment for customers in the financial industry. The focus is on ATMs, service terminals and electronic payment systems.
You adapt international software solutions to the requirements of the German market as well as to the specific technical and functional requirements of individual customers. You analyze complex requirements, develop suitable technical solution approaches and support their implementation in collaboration with local and international departments.
Your area of responsibility includes:
•Analysis and evaluation of technical requirements arising from customer requirements as well as regulatory, legal or security-related specifications
•Participation in and technical contribution to workshops with customers and internal specialists, particularly on technical, regulatory and security-related issues
•Definition and specification of necessary technical adjustments as well as coordination and support of implementation with local and international development teams
•Design, creation and validation of customer-specific software packages based on various software components
•Planning and execution of quality assurance measures and technical tests in the lab
•Independent analysis of complex technical problems, development of suitable solution approaches and coordination with the departments involved
•Technical support in the introduction and integration of solutions into customer-specific environments
You work independently with local and international teams and specialists of our company. You are able to communicate with our customers in German and internally also in English, both verbally and in writing.
Basic Requirements
•Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical field
•Experience in IT security (concepts, implementation, testing)
•Strong analytical skills
•Enjoyment of customer contact and collaboration with international teams
•Independent and proactive approach
•Careful working style and strong quality awareness
•Motivation and ability to independently learn new technologies and complex technical subject areas
•Command of the German language, written and spoken
•Good English skills, written and spoken (at least B2)
•Programming knowledge and experience with scripting languages
•Good knowledge of IT networks
•Experience in the financial industry / ATMs is an advantage
•Experience dealing with regulatory or legal requirements is an advantage
