In this role, you will take ownership of managing high-value projects that directly optimize supply chain operations for global enterprise clients while driving real-world impact and shaping long-term client success.
Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kick-off to go-live, ensuring flawless delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
•Facilitate interactive solution design workshops to translate complex logistical requirements into modular, high-impact Transporeon software solutions.
•Guide enterprise clients through smooth change management, including user training and user support, ensuring a seamless transition to Customer Care.
•Partner closely with internal teams across Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and System Delivery to ensure project alignment and operational excellence.
•Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, sharing best practices, and standardizing regional project delivery frameworks.
Requirements
•Demonstrated experience successfully managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception to completion.
•Solid understanding of SaaS delivery, scope management, schedule coordination, and project budget tracking.
•Proven professional experience in the transportation and logistics area, with solid business domain knowledge of transport operations.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an agile mindset and comfort navigating rapid learning curves.
•Professional working fluency in English and German or Polish.
•Availability to onboard rapidly and independently take on customer projects within the first few months.
•Hands-on experience working with formal project management frameworks such as PRINCE2.
•Additional European language skills, such as Italian.
