# Project Manager- London & South
Ready to Take the Lead?
We're looking for a hands-on, organised and driven Project Manager to join our team at KONE!
No two days will be the same! You'll manage a variety of lift and escalator projects across London and the South, from smaller, straightforward jobs to larger, more complex projects, typically lasting between 4 weeks and 2 months.
You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, lead site teams and collaborate with subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
•Managing multiple projects from start to finish.
•Leading and coordinating Construction Managers, testers and subcontractors.
•Working closely with internal teams to deliver successful projects.
•Keeping projects on track, on time and within budget.
•Making sure safety and quality remain a top priority.
•Solving challenges and keeping things moving!
What We're Looking For
•Project management experience, ideally within lifts, escalators, engineering or construction.
•Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
•Great communication, organisation and people management skills.
•Confidence managing multiple projects and teams.
•Full UK driving licence – essential.
•NVQ Level 3 or above – a bonus!
•SMSTS qualification – desirable.
