Responsibilities
•Manage software implementation projects and proposals in the utility industry from proposal through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
•Lead project implementation team members and foster a positive project environment to achieve project objectives
•Identify and secure internal and external resources, assemble project teams, and manage responsibilities
•Develop workflow plans covering systems analysis, technical design, implementation, procurement, testing, production cutover, and client delivery
•Plan, execute, and manage team and support-resource activities to meet contract and customer requirements
•Deliver projects using Waterfall and Hybrid approaches
•Manage project budgets, costs, profits, margins, schedules, cash flows, billing, and earned-value tracking and reporting
•Manage change orders and keep project accounting records current with contract value and estimated completion values
•Maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and project documentation
•Communicate with clients, project teams, TRC management, and project disciplines; provide timely reporting and facilitate project meetings
•Lead development of delivery SOWs and support RFP responses with delivery expertise
•Conduct periodic project performance reviews with the PMO
•Prioritize project safety and comply with TRC and client safety policies
•Follow the TRC Software Implementation Delivery Methodology and the Company's Code of Conduct and Ethics
Requirements
•Fluent in Dutch
•At least 10 years of project management experience in the utility domain
•Experience leading large, multifaceted, enterprise-wide consulting and technology projects in an electric or gas utility environment
•Strong knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge
•Excellent organizational, decision-making, presentation, communication, team-building, and motivational skills
•Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders and multiple technical teams
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong budgeting, financial, judgment, leadership, and organizational skills
•Proficiency with MS-Project and MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•Ability to travel up to 50% or as needed to client locations
Nice to have
•Experience implementing large SCADA, EMS, or ADMS programs, preferably on the technology vendor side
•PMP Certification
