Задачи:
•Support programme governance activities and executive stakeholder alignment
•Coordinate activities across business, IT, and delivery teams
•Organise and facilitate governance meetings and steering committees
•Maintain programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking
•Manage risks, issues, actions, and mitigation plans
•Prepare executive presentations, reporting, and communications
•Support decision-making through programme analysis and follow-up activities
•Coordinate delivery reviews, working sessions, UAT activities, and implementation planning
•Support transformation and change-related initiatives where required
Требования:
•Experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Project Manager within complex transformation programmes
•Experience in large corporate environments
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•Experience in programme planning, governance, and reporting
•Experience managing risks, issues, and programme actions
•Ability to work autonomously in high-visibility environments
•Experience coordinating multiple teams and streams of activity
•Fluent English, written and spoken
•Ability to produce executive-level documentation and presentations in English
•Nice to have: SAP programme experience, participation in change management initiatives, Project Management certifications
