Responsibilities
•Apply structured methodology to and lead project/change management activities.
•Lead independently End-to-end (E2E) high complexity strategic initiatives for Finance from scoping to execution, analysis, recommendation and implementation.
•Drive large business critical projects that bring significant value to the business.
•Drive the project scoping and planning working with different teams and creating associated documentation.
•Bring clarity to sponsor, teams and stakeholders by defining and documenting program objectives, requirements and success criteria, KPIs, roadmap/E2E planning, risk and dependencies, cost estimates and in general program deliverables.
•Drive project(s) plan execution, ensuring project objectives are met on agreed timelines.
•Track and report progress.
•Ensure a project closing and correct handover to Business as usual.
•Design and implement project governance and delivery structure to ensure efficient delivery, communication and decision making.
•Maintain project management frameworks & templates and follow up if needed with any improvement feedback.
•Drive the progress and successful delivery of initiatives that bring significant value to the business, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure teams deliver significant change to the business covering the full scope, on agreed timelines and budget (where applicable).
•Be the primary point of contact for the Project(s) related queries.
•Maintain high-level of engagement among geographically-diverse stakeholders through social channels, email, facilitation & setup of virtual meetings & classroom settings, as well as individual in-person meetings.
•Support the Program Management function to build the Program & Portfolio Management structure for the team to be in line with the rest of the organization.
•Connect the dots across the team's projects to identify synergies, dependencies and risks, and elevate them where appropriate.
•Maintain a clear reporting structure to the stakeholders on portfolio level.
•Define and measure the success metrics of the Project(s)/Workstreams in scope.
•Lead independently workshops to support the delivery of the Project(s).
•Get involved in running a strategy workstream from problem definition to delivering a solution including the implementation strategy, or execute change management initiatives and communications plans.
Requirements
•5-8 years Strong Project Management Experience.
•With limited supervision, ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making.
•Familiar with change management approaches; good understanding of the change curve and process.
•Communication of the project insights and recommendations across all stakeholders.
•Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships (both within a team and with wider stakeholders).
•Ability to work effectively and influence up to Senior Managers and Director Level.
•Highly organized and structured and make sure all processes run smoothly and in a reliable manner.
•Be able to lead, motivate, and manage stakeholders and project teams to achieve organizational goals.
•Able to influence and steer senior management and groups.
•Challenge assumptions and ability to adapt or generate imaginative and innovative ideas.
•Flexibility and the ability to function well within ambiguity and in a constantly changing environment.
•Ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision; able to break up a complex problem into actionable and easy to understand solutions.
•Hands on and drive solutions to problems in partnership with the involved parties.
•Make sure the project's outcomes are in line with customer needs and/or expectations.
Nice to have
•Background in Agile Project Management.
•PMP or Agile Project Management or equivalent certification preferred.
•Experience with Jira & Confluence preferred.
