Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience in Project Management in Global Markets, Capital Markets or Investment Banking contexts
•Solid knowledge of the Front Office, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and IT areas
•Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple business and support areas
•Ability to coordinate stakeholders or teams with conflicting priorities
•Strong experience in governance, planning, risk, dependency and stakeholder management
•Ability to challenge business and technology specialists, identify improvement opportunities and drive strategic change
•Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and ability to quickly understand new business, regulatory or technology topics
•Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences, from operational teams to Executive Committees
•Resilience, pragmatism and a strong results orientation
•Fluent English (mandatory)
Conditions
€1,400 to €2,000 (base salary) + Meal Allowance + Flex Benefits + Benefits in force.
