Description
We are looking for experienced Project Managers / Senior Project Managers to deliver complex technology projects for a large organization in the financial sector. We are looking for people with experience leading end-to-end IT projects who are comfortable in an environment involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies. Projects may include technology transformations, migrations, system integrations, cloud, data, cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure changes.
Responsibilities
•Leading end-to-end IT projects
•Creating and overseeing schedules and delivery plans
•Managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources
•Coordinating technology and business teams
•Collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors
•Running project status meetings and reporting to management / SteerCo
•Ensuring timely project delivery and compliance with governance processes
Requirements
•Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager in banking or other financial institutions
•Experience leading complex technology projects
•Practical knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall
•Experience in stakeholder, risk, and vendor management
•Very good command of English
•Ability to independently lead a project from planning through to implementation
Nice to have
•Experience in projects related to Cloud (Azure/GCP), Data/Big Data, Cybersecurity, system migrations, regulatory/Compliance, AML, or platform/infrastructure transformation
•Experience in large transformation programs
•Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or similar
