Responsibilities
•Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of energy storage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
•Coordinate cross-functional teams
•Manage project schedules and resources
•Track progress
•Identify and mitigate risks
•Collaborate with expediting and logistics teams
•Monitor inspection activities
•Prepare status reports
•Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
•Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes
•Support alignment with HyperStrong's quality, safety, and sustainability standards
Requirements
•Project Management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
•Expeditor and Expediting skills to track deliverables, manage suppliers, and ensure timely material and equipment availability
•Inspection skills to coordinate and review quality checks, compliance activities, and technical documentation
•Logistics Management skills to oversee transportation, warehousing, and scheduling of project-related materials
•Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project risks in an engineering or energy-related environment
•Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and disciplines
•Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
•Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or power systems projects is highly beneficial
