Задачи
•Analyze business needs and identify the best IT solutions to transform them into successful projects
•Execute IT projects within agreed plans, budgets, available resources, and quality standards
•Manage and escalate project risks and dependencies
•Supervise and direct daily maintenance and enhancement activities
•Ensure reliable and secure operation of services and applications
•Collaborate with external teams throughout the execution of IT projects for the Life and Pensions application
•Facilitate internal and external relationships with suppliers, business areas, IT areas, and other stakeholders
Требования
•Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM, preferably computer science or an equivalent field
•At least 2 years of experience in IT projects in insurance, banking, or related sectors
•English B2
•Technical knowledge of Mainframe environments, including Cobol, DB2, and TSO
•Willingness to learn other technologies and new working methodologies
•Commitment to the organization and a strong sense of responsibility
•Proactivity, innovative thinking, dynamism, and teamwork
•Analytical and planning skills
•Customer orientation and strong communication, synthesis, and negotiation skills
•Nice to have: experience with other programming languages
