Задачи:
•Manage end-to-end project delivery for Retail and Restaurant customers
•Coordinate deployment, implementation, and innovation initiatives across multiple projects
•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
•Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations
•Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Operations
•Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution plans
•Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices
•Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Требования:
•5–10 Years of experience in Project Management or a similar customer-facing delivery role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•Proven experience managing complex implementation, deployment, or transformation projects
•Experience working with Retail and/or Restaurant industry customers
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and EPM (Enterprise Project Management tools)
Nice to have: Spanish proficiency, experience in multinational and customer-centric organizations, a background in technology deployments, software implementations, or business transformation initiatives, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
