About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at Crocodile, you are the driving force behind the full delivery of campaigns and projects for our clients. You lead complex projects from start to finish and ensure that strategy, creativity and execution come together seamlessly.
Responsibilities
•You take full ownership of forecasts, margins, capacity and planning, resourcing, and work processes within your teams.
•You develop and optimize project structures and ensure the right people are involved at the right time.
•You report on progress, risks and opportunities for optimization.
•You contribute to team development, resourcing and process optimization, growing towards a leadership responsibility.
•You create a uniform "way of working" within the team and oversee this process.
•You develop and implement tools, templates and guidelines that increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements
•You have 6–8+ years of project management experience within a creative, social or digital agency.
•You have experience managing and coaching project teams.
•You combine strategic insight with strong operational execution.
•You have financial acumen and are comfortable with forecasting, budget responsibility and capacity planning.
•You are strong in processes and know how to bring structure without losing flexibility.
•You are a natural leader who brings calm, clarity and confidence.
•You think ahead, are decisive and always focus on quality and returns.
