This person will manage projects in accordance with Alfa Laval's project methodology to reach desired outcome and support business. This person needs to be able to quickly build fruitful networks inside and outside the organization and dare to take initiatives to exceed expectations and achieve results.
About the job
•Support the business by initiating and executing agreed global projects
•Be on site, wherever the project is, to support the implementation
•Optimize our current factories via Lean principles
•Initiate, run and complete projects, by having overview, engagement, keeping timeline and reporting to a Steco
•Execute projects in Operations such as supply chain projects, develop operation processes, coach other resources in Project Management
•Manage projects on time, on specifications and on budget
•Formulate a project plan, manage and monitor the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of the project to ensure the success of the project through strong leadership
•Work with cross functions and make risk assessments
•Stakeholder management and communication
•Report to steering committee (internal and external)
What you know
•Manage Promal/DMAIC projects linked to HFH strategy
•Strong communicator both in person and in writing that can utilize the elevator speech principles on the global scene
•Stakeholder management
•Understanding manufacturing processes (machining, forming & joining); hands-on experience on these processes would be an added advantage
•Drawing reading and understanding of GD&T
•Driven & curious
•Influence & inspire factory management teams
•Managing network; understand how to form, drive, motivate and socialize network members and stakeholders globally

1.Working hours: 8:30am–5:00pm; two days off per weekend
