About the role
We are looking for a Project Director AMO/MOD Paris (M/F) for our Paris office.
At the crossroads of consulting, real estate and construction: you will lead complex projects as AMO/MOD, from defining the need through to delivery.
Within our Consulting and Project Management Assistance department, you support investors, owners and companies in enhancing and transforming their assets, or in their construction projects: offices, hotels, higher education, R&D, mixed-use buildings. Our ambition is to advise our clients to create lasting double value: for real estate assets and for users.
Depending on the mandate, you act as AMO or MOD, potentially with a multidisciplinary team alongside you. You are the client's main point of contact: you lead an operation, you manage a team, you explain, you influence, you deliver on your commitments.
Responsibilities
•Lead your operations from feasibility to delivery. Analyze the building or land, gather the needs of the project owner and business teams, define the best-suited product, draft the program and specifications, assist the client throughout the operation, from programming to handover.
•Select and coordinate stakeholders. Consult and select architects, engineering firms, contractors, etc., then coordinate their work during the design and construction phases, representing the project owner and safeguarding their interests throughout the project.
•Secure authorizations. Support and advise the client with administrative authorities (urban planning, ABF - Architectes des Bâtiments de France, etc.) for authorizations: building permits, prior declarations, etc.
•Manage project performance. Revenue, profitability, margin, risks, contract, billing: you are accountable for these and you manage them.
•Manage the client relationship. Meetings, negotiation of terms, day-to-day decisions. Depending on your experience, you coordinate relationships with key clients and projects at critical stages.
•Guide and coach the team's project managers. You support junior and experienced profiles on your projects, in their assignments and in solving complex problems.
•Contribute to the department's development. Participate in business development activities (pitches, proposals), offer clients JLL's complementary expertise, and help develop internal tools that improve team performance.
Requirements
You enjoy leading, influencing and sharing knowledge.
•Master's degree (Bac+5) in architecture, engineering school or business school.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting and/or real estate project management, having led complex operations through to delivery.
•Comfortable in front of clients: excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, analytical mindset. You know how to question and challenge the information received.
•Rigor, organization, adaptability and enjoyment of teamwork, with curiosity and agility.
•Writing and teaching skills: you explain methodologies, you share knowledge, you pass it on.
•Business sense and proficiency in English.
The level of responsibility of the position is adjusted to your experience: we consider both experienced profiles and profiles already autonomous on large-scale operations.
About JLL / the team
At JLL, you grow on projects that matter.

Varied projects across France. JLL France brings together around 950 employees and advises nearly 1,000 clients, from offices in Paris, Saint-Denis, Le Plessis-Robinson, Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux and Marseille.
A culture of collective work. You will join a team of about twenty people, within a broader team of about a hundred employees. Our skills cover the architectural, technical, legal and financial dimensions of a project, and we share our knowledge and experience.
Learning in a supportive environment. You gain project autonomy project after project, guided by accessible project directors and managers attentive to the development of your skills.
A clear career path. Our career framework specifies, for each grade, the expectations and progression criteria, up to the position of project director. Opportunities are numerous within the PDS community and across JLL, with possibilities for international mobility.
