ROLE SUMMARY
The M&A Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads technology due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 planning and post-transaction integration activities across LSEG's mergers, acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments.
As a Programme Manager within the M&A Centre of Excellence, you will coordinate programme activities for an active M&A transaction. For the current transaction, your initial focus will be Day 1 planning and Day 1 organisation delivery. Following Day 1, you will take responsibility for delivery of all enterprise-side activities within the integration plan.
Alongside delivery of an active transaction, you will support the evaluation of future acquisition opportunities, leading technology due diligence activities, shaping integration strategies, identifying risks and opportunities, and informing investment decisions.
Collaboration will be central to your approach. Working within Engineering, you will build strong partnerships across Engineering, Corporate Development, Product, Operations, Corporate Functions and senior business stakeholders to align and secure prioritisation of integration activities and coordinate cross-functional delivery. You will maintain a clear understanding of the wider transaction objectives and required outcomes so that dependencies, risks and delivery trade-offs are understood and decisions support strategic value. You will combine hands-on delivery with strategic thinking as required, ensuring integration aligns with LSEG's strategic architecture, engineering standards, security requirements and target operating model.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Essential:
