About the Role
We are looking for a Production Planner for our production site in Schaffhausen, starting in November. In this role, you ensure a stable, realizable production plan and make sure that the right quantity is available at the right time and in the right place. You balance capacities, materials and orders while maintaining delivery reliability, plan stability and efficiency in the production process. This position is ideal for a person with organizational and analytical strength who proactively communicates with various stakeholders and has strong self-motivation.
This position is a maternity cover and is therefore fixed-term for approximately 9 months, ending at the latest in September 2027.
Your Main Tasks
•Ensure short- and medium-term production planning in SAP
•Monitor workstation and capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks early
•Maintain and ensure master data quality
•Close coordination with Production, Dispatch, Purchasing, SCM and AVOR
•Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes
•Analyze and prepare planning-relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
Your Profile
•Completed technical or business education, with relevant further training
•At least 2-3 years of experience in production planning or work preparation, ideally with experience in injection molding
•Good knowledge of SAP PP / PPS, strong focus on processes and systems and ability to follow and question them
•Above-average communication skills in German and English, ability to communicate solution-oriented with colleagues from other areas
•Independent way of working and good team player
