Production Planner at Uponor AB in Virsbo

We are looking for an engaged and driven employee who wants to help ensure efficient production flows and high delivery precision to our customers. This role suits someone who thrives in a production-near environment and is motivated by improving processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with many different functions.
About the team
You will become part of a team of four people and report to the Operations Manager. Together you work to plan, prioritize and optimize our production flows to create the best possible conditions for the business.

Your tasks
In this role you work together with the team to ensure stable and efficient production. The tasks include, among others:
•Plan and prioritize production flows to ensure deliveries to our customers.
•Update and maintain master data, for example material consumption, lead times and production flows.
•Ensure that correct speed and consumption are registered in BOM and Routing.
•Carry out inventories and identify and correct discrepancies to ensure correct stock balances.
•Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to Oracle, MES and production-related systems.
•Collaborate closely with production, technical functions and other internal stakeholders to drive improvements.
We are looking for someone who
•Has experience from manufacturing operations and good understanding of production processes.
•Has experience working in business systems, preferably Oracle and/or MES.
•Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
•Is an experienced user of Excel, which is considered an advantage.
