Responsibilities
•Own Tangem Pay end-to-end: payment flows, financial rails, admin panel, monitoring.
•Deliver across 4 squads: Payment Product, Financial Rails, Operations/Admin, Monitoring.
•Launch and operate payment schemes (ACH, SEPA / SEPA Instant, PIX, UPI, SPEI).
•Handle payment orchestration, settlement, reconciliation, retries, failures.
•Build internal tools for ops, compliance, disputes, and support.
•Ensure production reliability: STP, latency, failure rates.
•Oversee KYC/KYB reuse, fraud/AML monitoring, audit readiness.
•Maintain cross-team alignment with Wallet and Infrastructure.
Requirements
•5+ years in Product Management (fintech / payments / banking infra).
•Real experience with payment rails and regulated money flows.
•Experience running multiple squads in parallel.
•Strong understanding of settlement cycles, failure scenarios, and edge cases.
•Comfortable working with APIs, compliance, ops, and monitoring systems.
•Able to make decisions with incomplete data and push to production.
•Ownership mindset: problems don't get escalated, they get solved.
