Задачи
The Salesforce Senior Product Owner role combines strategic vision, business workshop facilitation, Agile oversight and project management. This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Product Owner. As a Salesforce Senior Product Owner (M/F), you operate across both strategic and operational dimensions:
•Facilitate business and functional workshops
•Gather, analyse and formalise requirements into a backlog for integration teams
•Ensure change management with users
•Provide advisory and expertise to stakeholders
•Oversee testing phases, lead data migration and participate in go-live activities
•Ensure the application of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
•Manage priorities, planning and project organisation
•Ensure project leadership (monitoring, coordination, reporting)
Требования
•Confirmed experience in managing complex, multi-task projects
•Excellent mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem (minimum 2 clouds)
•Strong team management and leadership skills
•Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) appreciated
•Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
•Very good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
•Natural leadership and ability to unite
•Clear communication, adapted to different stakeholders
