Responsibilities
•Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog
•Identify and validate new opportunities (features, integrations, partnerships)
•Research market trends, competitors, and emerging blockchain ecosystems
•Evaluate what's worth building based on user value, growth, and long-term impact
•Translate complex crypto concepts into simple and secure UX
•Lead initiatives from discovery to production
•Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and compliance
•Analyze product metrics and continuously improve outcomes
Requirements
•3-5+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager role
•Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
•Experience with product discovery and delivery
•Ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution
•Data-driven mindset and understanding of key product metrics
•Strong communication skills: able to clearly articulate ideas, defend priorities, and build alignment across teams
•High level of ownership and accountability for outcomes
•Experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, DeFi, or Web3 products
•Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokens, gas, swaps, bridges
•Understanding of custody vs. self-custody and on-chain user flows
•Ability to evaluate new chains and trends from a product perspective
•Strong awareness of the wallet landscape and evolving UX patterns
•Crypto-native mindset
•Strong product thinking and market intuition
•Ability to separate hype from real value
