About the Role
Wirex provides digital currency services, including a crypto-enabled debit card and ways to buy, exchange, and spend crypto. Its card and payments platform supports card processing and payment integrations across markets.
Responsibilities
•Gather and analyze requirements and changes related to ownership of the team's service
•Write detailed, clear system specifications
•Communicate the team's inputs and plans to other TPOs/SPOs, and share upcoming changes across surrounding microservices and client apps with the team
•Analyze third-party API documentation from banks, card processors, and payment integrators across different markets, and prepare integration requirements for backend developers
•Configure system settings, investigate issues, develop logic flows, and ensure correct implementation
•Participate in creating the product vision and discussing functionality and ideas
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst with a technical background
•Deep experience with banking and payment cards, including detailed knowledge of how payment cards work and payment system protocols
•Knowledge of VISA and Mastercard requirements, technology, processes, and standards
•Knowledge of card processing protocols (ISO), reporting and reconciliation procedures, and integration flows for processing services with third-party systems
•Experience working with API documentation and preparing integration logic
•Upper-intermediate English
