In short

Senior product marketing manager role at Bolt Insight, a B2B SaaS consumer research platform serving global FMCG/CPG brands and agencies, based onsite in London. The job spans messaging, GTM launches, sales enablement and competitive positioning for an AI-powered research/analytics suite (Bolt IQ, Bolt 2.0). Requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with enterprise launch experience, strong digital marketing skills, hands-on AI tool use, CRM/marketing automation experience and multi-region work experience.

About the role
Bolt Insight is a B2B SaaS consumer research platform serving global FMCG/CPG brands and agencies. With the Bolt 2.0 relaunch, we are building a suite-based platform across research, simulation and analytics, powered by Bolt IQ, our AI layer. Our research teams are our most demanding users and the people who deliver the platform's value to clients every day. Getting the platform right for them is a strategic priority.
Responsibilities
•Define and refine ICPs, buyer personas and the buying committee across insights, marketing, innovation and agency teams
•Run customer interviews and win/loss analysis, and turn what you learn into product and messaging decisions
•Track competitors and category shifts, including research platforms and AI and synthetic-data entrants
•Maintain battlecards and a clear view of where we win and lose
•Own the messaging house: platform narrative (Bolt Intelligence), product and suite value propositions, proof points and differentiation
•Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, credible outcomes for enterprise buyers
•Support GTM plans for new products and major releases, using tiered launches to separate what warrants a full launch from a quiet release
•Contribute to packaging, pricing and licence-structure decisions with Product and Commercial leadership
•Support launch readiness across Product, Sales, Client Success and Marketing
•Build the sales toolkit: pitch decks, demo narratives, one-pagers, ROI and business-case material, objection handling and proposal content
•Run product training and release briefings so Sales, Client and Research teams can sell and explain with confidence
•Create customer-facing proof: case studies, references and use-case stories
•Partner with Product and Client Success on onboarding, feature adoption and expansion plays across existing accounts
•Feed market and field insight back into roadmap prioritisation
•Own the metrics for your launches and content: pipeline influenced, win rate, sales-content usage, feature adoption, and expansion or upsell contribution
Requirements
•5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a record of launching products to enterprise buyers
•Experience building sales enablement that Sales actually uses
•Strong command of digital marketing across channels (content, paid, email, events, web, automation)
•Demonstrably strong with AI tools, with specific examples of how you've used them to improve output or speed
•Excellent written communication and the ability to explain complex products simply
•Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
•HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation experience
•Experience working across multiple regions or markets
What the role offers
•Shape how a fast-growing, funded platform is positioned and launched across global markets
•Work directly with Product, Sales, Marketing and Client Success on high-visibility launches
•Join a vibrant, passionate team with a start-up mentality that thrives on innovation and collaboration
