As a Product Manager (m/f/d) in the Data & AI Research division, based in Berlin, you will take end-to-end responsibility for our AI products and shape them from the initial idea through to production. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders, drive the development of our solutions and report directly to the Head of Data & AI Research.

•You will take responsibility for AI projects from ideation and scoping through development to production launch.
•You will identify relevant business problems, assess their potential value and prioritize projects with a clear focus on measurable impact.
•Together with data scientists and engineers, you will translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and keep project progress transparent.
•You will actively drive the international scaling of our AI products and identify opportunities to roll them out in new markets and regions.
•As the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will gather requirements, build acceptance and ensure the smooth introduction and use of the solutions developed.
•You will actively help shape processes and standards for product development and project management.
Требования
•A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field forms the foundation of your profile.
•You have several years of professional experience in product or project management, ideally in the field of data science or artificial intelligence.
•You have proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams, preferably in the data or AI field.
•You are driven to get things done and bring initiatives to successful completion.
•You have a solid understanding of data preparation, modeling, analysis and visualization.
•You also have practical experience with SQL, Python and visualization tools such as Power BI.
•Thanks to your strong communication and presentation skills, you can explain complex topics clearly and appropriately to different audiences in German and English.
•You have an analytical approach to work, a strong affinity for data and a hands-on mentality.
•You are also highly self-motivated and driven to get things done.
•Even in complex environments, you create clarity and maintain an overview.
•You are willing to travel an average of approximately five days per month for your role.

•Basic knowledge of MLOps, DevOps and common software development principles is an advantage.
•Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs rounds out your profile.
